Air Conditioner Cleaning

Cleaning the inside of your air conditioner it is like maintaining your vehicle, it is a regular service that you should not miss.

Split Air Conditioner require regular cleaning of the filters by the owner; however, a proper and deep clean service is required to ensure your Air con continues to run efficiently and that should be carried out by a professional.

Air Conditioner Service Check List – minimum requirements

• Test all functions of Split Air Conditioner Unit
• Check surroundings and protect with waterproof tarp.
• Place waterproof tarp over all floor coverings or furniture below the air con unit
• Take before and after photos to send or show our clients.
• Remove cover (Unscrew), take outside, de-grease/dust/wash and rinse.
• Remove, clean, and sanitise filters.
• Spray special Air Con Cleaning foam which kills mould, bacteria and loosens dirt from coils, drain, fan, fan housing and filters. Leave it for 5 minutes to activate.
• Clean top and ends of unit.
• Flush and check the drain to avoid possible leaks.
• Check fan blades and covers for corrosion and/or grime.
• Spray sanitizer over evaporator coils to prevent mould and bacteria from regrowing.
• Reassemble all components.
• Apply Deodorise and Reassemble all components, dry excess moisture on or around the aircon unit and test airflow again.
• Test run unit
• Check client is happy and sign service form.
• Organise next service visit and leave contact card.

Provide a completed next service sticker with recommended next service date.
